Guarantees

At Carton Dental we stand over our work. We want you to have complete confidence in everything we do. For your peace of mind we provide a 3 year guarantee on fillings and a 5 year reducing guarantee on crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays and bridges.

Guarantee exceptions:

• If we think that a dental treatment is unlikely to work but you as a patient want to give it a try then then obviously we wouldn’t be able to offer a guarantee with that treatment.
  An example would be trying to save a very damaged tooth by filling it again rather than extracting it.
• You clench or grind your teeth and we have advised you that you need to wear a nightguard to protect your dental restorations.
• You don’t look after restorations that we provide adequately (poor oral hygiene).
• We recommended a more suitable treatment (for example we advise you to put a crown on a tooth but you decide you just want to fill it).
• You need a replacement due to trauma.

All guarantees are reliant on keeping to the prescribed maintenance schedule.
