We genuinely value your time and appreciate that you have better places to be than sitting in our waiting room.

We book off appropriate amounts of time for all of our patient’s appointments.

However it is not always possible to accurately predict how long a procedure is going to take.

It is likely that there will be times when you are kept waiting.

We feel strongly that we don’t want to cut corners, or rush the treatment we provide. It would be relatively easy to stay on time if we were prepared to do this, but we believe that everyone deserves the best care that we can provide at every appointment.

Patients should expect to wait between 0-30 minutes after their appointment time before they are brought into the surgery.

If a patient has been waiting for less than 30 minutes and wishes to reschedule their appointment, they are still charged for the surgery time that they booked off (at a rate of 200 Euro per hr).

If a patient has been waiting for more than 30 minutes and would like to reschedule their appointment there is no fee due. We will aim to accommodate them as soon as possible.
